Billing Policy: All sales final. By agreeing to these terms and conditions you agree to allow us to bill the credit card you put on file either through our website, via Docusign, or over the phone for all therapy visits performed.
Email, text, and phone consent (Opt In): By providing your email or phone number you consent to being emailed, called, and receiving text messages (SMS) to the contact information you provide. You can opt out at any time by unsubscribing to the email or replying "stop" to text messages received.
$500 Holiday Promo: Therapist must join California Therapy Services and complete at least 25 visits prior to January 1st, 2025. All visits must be authorized and notes completed. Therapist will be paid bonus with February payroll.
